We create sets and lighting, to reveal the story of your family. Each image is crafted as uniquely as your family expresses themselves.

Mark will plan your session with you, either in broad emotional strokes or detailed ideas. His wife Jan will do your hair and makeup touch-ups. Your images can be formal or very casual. Mark will mix it up with singles and pairings so everyone has a chance to shine.

Family sessions are so important to the texture of the family experience. For children, they see the bond, the belonging. They remember a day that was fun and expressive. For parents it's a milestone memory marker, reflecting the love and connections they have nourished. 

Mark has 40 years experience of mastering the art of emotional images. He is the Canadian Photographer of the Year, he holds an International Photographer of the Year award in Child Portraiture. He has earned Master and Craftsman Photographer degrees. 

But the skill you will enjoy is his ability to craft into each of his images insights and connections of the people he is photographing.
